How long does Mischef Sourdough last?

  •   In the fridge: Up to one week.

   •   In the freezer: Up to three months. You can toast frozen slices straight from the freezer—no waiting needed!

Why doesn’t Mischef Sourdough contain preservatives?

Because we believe in bread without compromise. Preservatives can disrupt gut health, so we keep it pure, natural, and just the way it should be.

Do you use added gluten?

No. Many commercial breads use added gluten (Vital Wheat Gluten) to speed up production. We don’t. Our bread is made using traditional fermentation, just like it has been for thousands of years.

How should I store my Mischef Sourdough?

 •   For short-term use (within a week): Store wrapped in the fridge.

   •   For longer storage: Wrap well and keep in the freezer, and toast slices directly as needed.

Is Mischef Sourdough healthy?
