• In the freezer: Up to three months. You can toast frozen slices straight from the freezer—no waiting needed!
Why doesn’t Mischef Sourdough contain preservatives?
Because we believe in bread without compromise. Preservatives can disrupt gut health, so we keep it pure, natural, and just the way it should be.
Do you use added gluten?
No. Many commercial breads use added gluten (Vital Wheat Gluten) to speed up production. We don’t. Our bread is made using traditional fermentation, just like it has been for thousands of years.
