How do Jaminøts have a shelf life of 8-12 months without preservatives?

We use natural preservation techniques, like sugar and lemon juice, to keep them fresh. Our packaging technology also helps eliminate bacteria while keeping the flavors intact.

Do I need to refrigerate Jaminøts, Pesto, or Hot Sauce after opening?

Yes. Since our products contain no artificial preservatives, they should be refrigerated after opening.
